Dear Friends, It is February and love is in the air. When most of us are thinking of that one special person we can show love to, here at the Center every day is Valentine’s Day. It is our mission to show the love of Christ to everyone that walks through our door. I like to say that we share the Gospel with all and sometimes we use words. We meet physical, spiritual and emotional needs of individuals on a daily basis. As we give every day by showing, sharing, and meeting needs, we reflect the heart of the One Who loved us first. For God so loved the world that He GAVE. John 3:16
We decided at the first of this year that we would not live in fear. We are going to move ahead and make this year as normal as possible. When starting the process for The Walk For Life, we were told that having an in-person event at Creekmore Park would be highly unlikely with everyone being denied up to this point by the Arkansas Department of Health. We decided to push forward and submitted a plan of action. It has been approved and May 8, 2021 is the date!! We miss everyone and want to see your smiling faces and can not wait to see you all! God is so good! There is no fear in love, for perfect love casteth out all fear. 1 John 4:18
The battlewagon is set to be in motion this month and we are beyond excited! Please remember to attend the ribbon cutting on 3/10/21 at 11:00 am. This will be your chance to tour the bus and get a glimpse of what our vision is for our city and beyond. Keep us in your prayers. This is a battle and we are on the front lines. We are ready to bring in a harvest for the Lord and with your help this can be accomplished. The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Luke 10:2
