Happy Summer friends! Here at the center we are having one of the best seasons in our history of being open! In January of this year, we put in our budget to raise $50,000 at the Walk For Life. We raised $90,000 and we were able to pay off our mortgage 5 years early! That was my prayer at the beginning of the year, and God provided through your generous participation with the Walk. Our God is so good! Once again, the Lord did exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ask or imagine. Eph. 3:20
The Baby Bottle Campaign kicked off in June and is starting to come to a close. We had so many churches partner with us this year. Over 600 bottles have gone out so far. If your church did not get a chance to participate, it is not too late. We have several churches that wanted to wait until the Fall. If you would like to get involved with this campaign, please let us know and we will get you the supplies that you need.
Update on the battlewagon: We are still trying figure out where the best places are to park, to reach our community. So far, Walmart has been very generous on letting us park in their parking lots and it has been very successful! We have girls waiting in line to get on the bus when we arrive. Please continue to pray for us as we are going out into the community to reach the lost.
I know I have said many times that we are not just about saving the babies, we want to save the mommas too. With that said, I have a praise report! Two girls gave their hearts to Christ this month. This would not be possible without your support. Thank you for helping us keep the doors open and the lights on. Every day we are open is a new opportunity to share Christ.
